What was the highlight of Courtyard Marriott Mexico City Revolucion
Had problems with the hotel's pricing and credit card policy but had a good, comfortable stay.
Comfortable room with good amenities and modern decor. Excellent bathroom/shower. Majo at the counter desk was kind enough to arrange a late check out for me.
It took forever to check in. There was a group coming in around the time I got there and I must have waited around 25 minutes before I could be assisted. Around 5 AM, the person in the room next to mine was blasting music and I had management take care of the issue. Finally, the rate for a one-night stay was rather high when compared to comparable properties, and worst of all, the hotel did an authorized charge to my credit card which they said was standard procedure.

The location definitely, the building is not too bad. The staff is ok.
The bathrooms are old, the shower doesn’t work properly the water super hot or cold that’s it. But the major problem are the mattress too old very inestable you can’t rest very well.
